Ø Appointments to be booked for 10 minute consultations.
Ø Sessions to allow time to complete administrative tasks i.e. letters and phone calls. (suggested 10 minutes per hour)
Ø Additional time to be charged at £75 per hour ( so if on call translates as seeing patients / giving
Ø telephone advice during that hour it will be charged hourly instead of the on call rate, this applies
Ø pro rata)
Ø Payment should be made within 14 days of invoice date
Ø Please send completed pension form with payment
Ø Mileage will be charged at 50p per mile
Ø Cancellation of a booking by the surgery with any less than one weeks notice will attract a charge of 100% of the expected booking invoice; 50% if cancelled with less than four weeks notice.
